“Strength isn’t always visible.”
I said that today, and realized how complicated that truth really is.
Because I’ve always believed in standing tall.
In pushing through.
In not giving in.
But there’s another side.
When your body doesn’t cooperate,
when every minute can shift,
that mindset can quietly turn against you.
There’s a tension between
who you want to be…
and what your body allows.
Between truth and the pressure to appear strong.
Some days, standing tall isn’t the victory.
Just standing is.
And maybe real strength lives there — not in how it looks, but in how quietly it’s fought.
