It takes courage to take action without instructions from the person in charge. Perhaps that’s why initiative is a rare quality that’s coveted by managers and executives everywhere. Seize the initiative. When you have a good idea, start implementing it without being told. Once people see you’re serious about getting things done they’ll want to join in. The people at the top don’t have anyone telling them what to do. If you want to join them, you should get used to acting independently.

To excel in life we have to make choices that are not always favorable or even understood by close allies, roads get redirected and calm streams become large rivers. To cross to the other side became a challenge all we needed is the determination.
Determination and desire, when properly combined, make an irresistible pair. Men who accumulate great fortunes are generally known as cold-blooded, and sometimes ruthless. Often they are misunderstood and not seldom they are the kindest and heartwarming people. What they have is Determination, which they mix with persistence, and place back of their desires to insure the attainment of their objectives.
In today’s world the majority of people are ready to throw their aims and purposes overboard, and give up at the first sign of opposition or misfortune. A few carry on DESPITE all opposition, until they attain their goal. That is all about the motivation, inspiration and determination and don’t be afraid for change, sometimes its feel like the endurance and loneliness is hard to carry but look forward to receive the spiritual reward.
